The top 20 public universities in the country and whether they require students to have health insurance

The University of Central Florida is considering a requirement for students to have health insurance starting in 2014.  But UCF isn't the first school to make the requirement. In fact, of the top 20 schools in the U.S. News & World Report rankings, 65 percent of them require students to carry health insurance.
